Export to PDF Turkish Character Problem

Turkish characters not displaying in pdf file when i export report to pdf with basically.
But these characters is visible when i export pdf file with EmbeddedFonts.
But i don t want embedded fonts, because file size is growing to big.
Please help me.

    since you have to embed the fonts it seems like your pdf viewer cannot find the fonts on your operating system.

    Memo-> object ınspector-> font->characterset =turkısh_charset
