Translation error

Hi,

I've found an error in frxDesgnCtrls unit - at line 597 is hardly coded string "Other...". I made a fix for that, but I'm sure that its necessary to make it into standard distribution.

And another errors was found in frxChartHelpers unit. All ParamNames are hard coded in English.
