fr4.3 installation on Delphi2007?

I installed FR4.3 on my Delphi2007 machine, but nothing is installed within Delphi itself.

Am I supposed to do the installation manually? If so: how?

Did you install the fr4_xxxxd11p.exe

Because the xxxxd10p.exe was the last one in the list, I accidently installed that first... nothing showed up... Then I realized the numbering system of their distributions and installed fr4_3_d11p.exe worked like a champ!
