Display of Reports Variable

I preview a Report from the Reportdesigner.
The report only includes a Memo1 field with the expression: [Ctl_btwp3]
The memo1 field previews the value '17,5' as it should.
I return to the Reportdesigner and start to preview again.
The report gives the message: 'Memo1: Fout in expressie '17,5': ';' expected'.

What's wrong?

Details:
Dutch country notation is used on my Operating System.
The variable is filled with a variant value filled from a NexusDB table a so called nxtExtended: IEEE extended (10 bytes)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
