Unbound Data in Report?

I wonder if someone could give me some help here?

I want to produce some reports which has unbound data. I've seen an example using the variables but I don't think this will work because there are two different types of data (in two details areas) which have different number of lines. eg. the first detail is a list of transactions and the second a grouped summary.

What is the best way of doing this?

You can use TfrxUserDataset to connect to non-db data. See MasterDetailUDS demo.
