FR 3.24 bad installation

I have used FR 3.20 and 3.22 with no problem. When 3.23 came out I could not get it to install, I don't remember why it would not install. Now I download 3.24 and it installs, but there is no export tab so my project won't load.

I am using C++ Builder 5
