Displaying reports

I've noticed in the report designer that when a report is previewed the designer displays each report page as the data for it is retrieved, however in my application when i run a report, i have to wait until all the data for all pages are retrieved before the report can be displayed. This can be very very slow when there are a great deal of pages to be displayed. Is there anyway to configure the method of display as that in the preview of the designer?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
