Turkish Character problem on variables

Hello;

I'm using Fast Report 3.22
I have a problem using Report Server.

if I assign a variable to the report included turkish characters variables doesn't passed to the report but if I don't use turkish characters in variables it passes the variable.

http://rs/result?report=a.fr3&var1=TurkishCharacters

It doesn't work


http://rs/result?report=a.fr3&var1=Somethings

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
