Setting RTF file location default

I need to save a form in RTF format from report preview. When the Save As screen appears it defaults to where I last saved a file. Is it possible to force it to
open the Save As screen where I want it.
The system has around 2000 Customers and they each have a folder in H:\BMSys\Client
Files. The folder location is held in a string field in the Client file. If I am saving a quote for Client 1902 I would like the Save As to open up at this folder, ready for the File name. In fact, ideally I would like to place the Quote reference number as the default into the File name as well.
