Report exception unfriendliness

When you preview a report a little processing dialog box will appear in the middle of the screen. If an exception happens the exception dialog will appear behind the processing dialog. You can't view the exception dialog to know what happened. This is extremely unfriendly behavior.

    Really strange behaviour. Set the report component's ShowProgress property to False.
