International Formatting

I juts want to know if Fast Reports can handle international formatting, by using regional settings. I have a few reports that need to be used in multiple countries, and I would rather not have to create separate reports. I just want to format my memo fields once, and then have it use regional settings.
Can anybody answer this, one way or the other.
