recompile wizard 1.13 ?

I want install FR 3.20 it use recompile wizard 3.13, it have new item
Path to TeeChart files:
i dont't know how fill this item, if don't insert this item, package don't create !
i use BCB6 and TeeChart on it is base version 4.04 , in old recompile wizard (1.05)
i don't have this problem ???
