DesignIde BCB6 problem

I've add some fast-report elements into package (bpl, BCB6); frxReport, FrxPreview, Frx<exports>.
This package is runtime only. I can built it and I can work with it.
However on client computer I get message "... cannot find designide60.bpl ...". The problem is that this package isn't redistributable!
In delphi fast-reports packages are divided on runtime and desintime, so it fix the problem, but in BCB6 fast-report packages are runtime and designtime.
Can anyone help me?
