Band spliting problem

I have band which has one column with max four records and band is set to dataset.

Because there are some other bands before that, the position of this band is not always the same.

If band is to low on page splits some of four records on next page. Have anyone any idea how to solve this. I tried even with group header using property KeepTogether set to true, but is not working.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
