Fast report 3.15 and teechart 7.03 probleme

hello

i tried to install fastreport 3.15 trial to delphi 7 and i have teechart 7.03 installed in my delphi 7

so when trying to install , message error "package Tee not found"

i see internet , and i find one solution (to modify inc file and recompile with teechart 7 ) but also same probleme

do u have any solution
