Can FR3 make this type report?

I want to make a report like this,i didn't know is fr3 can do this?
Sample like below:
| |0101001 | 5565 |
|
| |0101002 | 4646 |
|
| 01 | 0101003 | 564 |
| |
| |0101004 | 6546 |
| |
| |0101005 | 120 |

.........the other data, and so on.

Attention: It's very important to first column.

    OK,i will describe my question by an other way.
    I have a data table ,it has two columns A and B.There are some data of B column:

    B
    0101001
    0101002
    0101003
    0101004
    0102001
    0102002
    0103001
    0104001
    0104002
    0104003
    0104004
    0104005
    0104006
    ............and so on.
    Counm A's value is the left (B,4).
    Now i play colunm A and B in the MsterData Band,column A and B have Border,and set column A "Suppress Reapted Values".When i preview the report,i found the line of column A didn't "Suppressed",i want to know how to suppress the lines when i have suppressed the reapted values of some column? thanks!

    If you quote what i have writed first time,you will find the report's type i pointed.
