Report title band - active query

I use Delphi 2.46 with Delphi 7 and connect database with IBO components (IBO Query)
On report title band I have fields from different querys. If I dont active any query from the form I call report, I cant see data on report title band.
I mean : There is qyCity query on the form, if I click any component (edit, grid vs.) then call the report I can see the city name on the report title band. Otherwise if I dont click any components connected with query then call the report I can not see the city name on the report title band.

Do I have to activate all query on the form before calling the report?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
