give me a clue to make userfriendly templates

edited 2:45PM in FastReport 3.0
Does any one know a proven format for reports that is friendly for the eye?

Why?
The application I am working on needs many reports (lets say between 50 and 80).
Before I start off, I would like to have a template that is userfriendly. (and only in black and white or gray). It is very important that users will appreciate the prints on the printer.

I know what information needs to be put on the reports. Now I need some guidelines for format of Headers, positioning of fixed information, format of details, white spacing etcetera.

Please help me out.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
