Help!!! I Need technical support from FastReport

Hi:

I don't know how to obtain technical support from FastReport.
I buyed a FastReport 3 standard ed. and I can't install because activation key don't work.

I try to obtain a username and password to login in FastReport to send to me a new key, then I click in link "request password form" (I don't know what's username and password). The system say "Control string and your registration information has just been sent to your E-mail address.", but I don't receive.
I tried 6 times and more...

I need to install the product. Please, if any people of FastReport read this lines, please contactme to carlos@siconet.com

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
