General question End User capabilities

Would you please answer the following .. ? .. Thanks !
1. It is possible to design inside the Report, user Forms for entering data related with the Report. No just filter data (Sql parameters), but other like Title, options, etc .. If yes, then this capabilitie is limited in some way ?
2. It is possible then, to bind the input by the user data, to the report itself (general data, sql parameters, etc)
3. Does your product have some Report Server, running aside, and serving multiple users ? .. If Yes .. is it possible to succesfully connect to this server through some Web application ? (to avoid using other port than 80)
4. Does your scripting language impose some limitation ?
Our goal is to free the end user of any kind of specific programation in Delphi. So the user can define the report for itself, including entering any kind of parameters, filter and general setting data.
Maybe we are asking for too much .. :-)
