Error in 3.11

When I export my report into RTF in FR 3.10 everything is OK.
When I do that in FR 3.11, RTF view is chaotic. It doesn't look the same. Problem is with TfrxMemoView.

I need 3.11 because of useMetafile property, which is very good.
