Export Report with RTF Format

when I export a report with rtf format ,the exported somethings with the bound line
but I want to only text not with bound line ,because i woude edit the rtf content ,it's so inconvenient with the bounds,
how can i set it?

each memo in report as a cellgrid in rtf but i hope all memo as a whole document
not blocks ,as FR2.X

FR3 rtf export exports the document into a table format. It is by design.

Use other export filters by third-party developers (for example, Gnostice).
