FR 2026.3.1 install fails on D13.1

Last weekend I tried to install D13.1 (32 and 64 bits) and reinstall TMS components and FR components. As I have installed D12.2 those also installed on it. TMS installed without error messages but I'm having a lot of BPLs not found, even if the files are in the library paths. Same The packages are empty, no components showing.

Is version 2026.3.1 compatible with D13.1? The issue also affects D12.2

Any advise to resolve this issue?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
