Text Object" editor doesn't show

I have a "Corpus" app with integrated fast report. When i enter design mode and click on a Text Object on the page, the text editor window is not shown When I click around I hear the windows beep sound signalizing that I'm clicking outside a modal window, but the window itself (text editor) is not shown and I have to press Esc button to "cancel" the invisible dialog. The problem is that I can't edit the text of the text object component because if this. The same thing happens when I click the "..." button next to the "Memo" property of the text object, the text editor window is not shown. 

I have windows 10. Version of Fast Report is 5.3.13

Can you help me ?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
