Issues with Fast Reports 2025 and Printing?

Since updating to Fast Reports 2025 from 2024, I have been having issues when printing my reports where the report doesn't print full page, instead being shrunk down to the upper left of the page only...

I have opened a ticket and support is working on it, but I figured I would post here as well to see if anyone else might be experiencing this as well and if anyone found a solution.

Support suggesting updating my nuget packages, which I have done.

However, the issue still exists. I have noticed, oddly, that the issue doesn't appear to occur on all computers (we currently have 5 devices and the issue exists on 4 of them), but I don't know why or if that's just some sort of fluke. We had NO issues with 2024, or any previous version of Fast Reports, so this issue is new with 2025.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'm open to suggestions, as I would like to publish an update to our software that this is currently delaying.

I appreciate the help!

  • Hi,

we are also experiencing problems after moving from version 2024 to 2025.

We have already had 4 reports from different customers who are experiencing problems with printing, basically it takes the wrong formats, printing in A3 instead of A4 for example.

They do not encounter problems printing directly from other software.

Have you had any feedback from FastReport? Were you able to identify the cause of the problem?

Now we will try to use the latest version 2025.1.19

    Thanks

I had the same problem, and I even thought it was my fault., I also use the 2025 version

    Help!

    Does anyone have a solution?

I have a similar issue with FR version 2025.1.8 (11Pro, D12.2): My app validates some items and when the items fill a box, prints a box label with barcodes and updates a table in MS SQL Server, but in one particular PC connected to a different SQL Server no labels will print. It doesn't fail in more than 10 PCs connected to a different SQL Server (same SQL Version, same table's structure, same printer type, same report). I added a reprint button and then the the label prints without problem. Today I updated to FR version 2025.2.2 and on Monday I'll test it in my client facilities.

I don't think the report engine or my app are at fault... I'm suspecting it's some type of incompatibility between FR and I don't know what...

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
