VCL Installer Getting stuck

Hello,

I recently upgraded my rad studio to delphi 12.1. I uninstalled, and am now reinstalling Fast Reports using the VCLOnlineInstaller. I found I still have a version of FastReport 5 still installed. The uninstaller only tries to install, and I can't get past the Licence Key prompt as I have not used that version of Fast Reports for some time.

The installer keeps halting at Compiling products for RAD Studio 12. I don't seem to have any error log, but it just halts there indefinitely.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I have found and removed FastReports 5. It still gets stuck at the same spot. I followed: https://www.fast-report.com/blogs/upgrade-version-fastreport-vcl

Try to add path to brcc32.exe in the Windows PATH variable
