VCLOnlineInstaller finds old version that are uninstalled

Hello,

I try to install via VCLOnlineInstaller FastReport VCL 2023.3.0 Stable. I have uninstalled all older products (VCL 6 2020 and VCL Standard Single) via Windows "programs and applications". There are no more FastReport-Applications and in Delphi the FastReport Packages are not available (are uninstalled).

But CVLInstaller alway finds some old version and don't install. I have done a complete reboot, but the installer finds old versions.

What am I doing wrong here?
