How Import uses delphi into pascalScript code

Good morning, I would need to use "quotedStr" function of Delphi SysUtils uses into my pascalScript code.

 function QuotedStr(const S: string): string;

I would like to know if there is a way to import the uses functions and use them into pascalScript code without expose a custom function that calls it internally.

function TReportUtilityString.QuoteStr(const AStr: String): String;
begin
 result := QuotedStr(AStr);
end;
