Access Violation on FR 3.07

I've installed Fast Report Professional ED 3.07 and everything worked fine except the Export Pack. I've uninstalled everything and installed again, and now when I double click the FrxReport component I got an Access Violation on RTL60.bpl??. Is there a way to correct this?

    "Access Violation on RTL60.bpl", usually indicate that you had a bad install
    or the specific project has bad path info to fr files or old files being refrenced.
    usually happens when uninstalling older versions manually without using uninstaller.and then doing a new install to a different dir.
    Uninstall previous install
    check for and delete any remaining files under frs root folder.
    Download latest version 3.09, 07 and 08 had some bugs which required hotfixes.
    do a new install.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
