PDF popmenu doesn't always appear

in FastReport 2.xx VCL

I'm using Delphi XE11 and FR2022.2.7

Starting in Windows 10 a Delphi app, show a Fastreport and choose PDF, then most of the time a popup appears where and on which name to save the pdf.

But sometimes this PopUp doesn't appear. Then I have to close and restart the application and try again.

Does anyone know what can be the cause?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
