Letters Not Printing to Selected Trays

Hello, I'm using FastReports through the program Versai. We use it to produce letters, and when I try to print these letters, basically all but one don't print to the tray I request. It seems like any tray I select, it doesn't even register that I've selected another tray. Is there a fix via FastReports that could help with this? Thanks!

PS--the version is FastReports v. 2020.2.3 .net edition.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
