Change Language to german

I will change the language of fastreport to german. In the install.txt is the description about this. I use BCB6 pro with SP4, and fastreport standard edition. When i recompile the packages and start BCB, then there is no change of the language. It is always in english.

I have deleted the dcu files, copy the .pas files and then after compiling, the pbl files in system32 directory.

i could not recompile frxIBO6.bpk. There are more files missing like IBO40***_C6.BPI. Is this the reason?

thanks for a request.

    You shouldn't recompile that package.

    Thanks.

i did not copy the bpl files from the BCB$\Projects\Bpl folder to the system-directory. Now it is in german.

I'm searching for more explanation for frxUserDataSet component. In the user-manual there is only a several description for frxDBDataset.

I have solved it with the delphi example.

But there was a bug. If i put a Masterdata-Band on a form and set the Dataset to a frxuserdata, without any text-field and open the report from the application, then the report generates unless new pages. If there is a frxReport1GetValue event, this don't happen.

The language is changed for design-time but not for the runtime version. It is always in english. But i only need it for the runtime-version.

I have rebuild all fs*.dpk for run-time. I don't have the packages dclfs*.dpk. But the dclfs*.dpk's should be for design-time? Why does it work at design-time?

Try to use recompile wizard (recompile.exe) to change the language.

This works now. After recompiling and copy all bpl-files to System32 and BCB directory this does not work. But reinstalling and new installing the packages fixes this problem.

All this steps i made before. I have used the description of install.txt and not the recompile software.

    Thanks
