Error opening source code Ms Visual Studio

Hello,

when I open the source code from c:\Program Files (x86)\FastReports\FastReport.Net\Sources\FastReport\ with the latest version of Visual Studio I get this error:

Your project does not reference ".NETFramework,Version=v4.0" framework. Add a reference to ".NETFramework,Version=v4.0" in the "TargetFrameworks" property of your project file and then re-run NuGet restore.

But my Target framework is already set to .NET Framwork 4. Anyone knows how to fix it?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
