Error printing report on windows server 2019 - temp directory

good morming. when we try print a report from an our software that use fastreport.net obtain the follow error:

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Impossibile trovare il percorso specificato (specified path not found)

The same REPORT lanched from our developer computer running without problems.

The software is tried with administrator user that have all the permission required.

The temp directory for the users is available without problems.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
