HP7600 Problem

A customer reported that after installing HP7600 Photosmart Printers he has difficulty opening reports, with constant "List Index Out of Bounds" error dialogs popping up.

Editing or designing (new and existing) reports is impossible, since the error dialogs interrupt progress.

The HP7600 are the only printers and default printers.

Any ideas, anyone?

Solved

The actual message was "Variantarray index out of bounds"

The HP7600 is a duplex capable printer. The customer had installed the printer with DUPLEX enabled "ON"

However, he did not have the duplex paper handler fitted to the printer.

Switching DUPLEX paper handling off solved the problem
