How to group data with different criteria directly in FastReport?

Hello, first time asking a question here.

I have only been using FastReport for a very short time and I have a issue.

I would like to know if it was possible to be able to group several types of data outside the SQL query (I tried with UNION) directly in the software.

If so, where would it be possible?

Or if not, is it possible to modify the SQL query giving access to the data directly in the software to be able to apply conditions to each element of the report?

As if, for example I wanted to have on the same report a comparison between all the calls grouped by service and further on all the calls grouped by calling region

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
