Minimize button on preview not working

When the minimize button in the preview form is clicked nothing happens. I am using the standard preview. If I subsequently downsize the form I can see in the lower left corner of my screen a small bar that looks like a typical title bar but it doesn't do anything. It stays there until I close my application.

Using FAST Report 6 latest version, Windows 10 Pro 64 bit system. Delphi 10.3.3

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
