manipulate page numbers

good afternoon, i'm developing a system to record minutes where i need to control the number of pages in the book. each book has 200 pages front to back. I'm having difficulty at the time of printing to set the start value of the fast-report page counter. could someone help me how do i set the counter's initial value? and how do I print the letter V on the page I need it to look like 20 and 20V. thank you all for your attention

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
