PNG Image Set As A Page Background Is Not Exported To PDF File

I am using FR VCL 6.4.12 with Delphi 10.3.2,


I have a page with a PNG image set as a background. When previewed, the image is shown correctly. However, when the report is exported to a PDF file, the image is not visible. If a JPG image is set as the background, the exported PDF file shows the image.

What seems to be the problem here?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
