Export to ZPL [FR VCL 6]

I'm trying to get advantage of one of the new added functionalities: Export to ZPL.
I use extensively FR VCL to print packaging labels and in some cases I use ZPL language through serial port on several industrial applications.
I modified an application to test ZPL export a somewhat simple label, but the result is far from usable. See PDFs and ZPL file.
I can't find any information to use this export so I tried every possible combinations of settings for PintAsBitMap, BreakLines, dpis and Esquema.
Any help or tips you can provide?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
