Images hyperlinks doesn't work

Hello,

I made a design in FastReport (Version 2019.2.7), there is a image with an hyperlink in it.
I sent the design as a email. On my pc I can open the mail, click on the image and I will be redirected to the website.
Unfortunately if I open the same mail on my mobile, and click on the image I won't be redirected to the website.

Do I miss a option in the design or is it a known bug?

The application on the PC for opening emails is Outlook, on the mobile it is the outlook mobile app.

What I saw in the mail on the mobile, if I copy the image, I see "olm:/"

P.s. It worked in version 2018.2.2

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
