FIX: Repeated building run-time report

Possible problems on repeated building of the run-time report from Delphi programm (with TfrReport.Clear call).

Need change the procedure TfrReport.Clear in the file fr_class.pas for fixing this problem

procedure TfrReport.Clear;
begin
Pages.Clear;
Dictionary.Clear;
if frDataManager <> nil then
frDataManager.Clear;
DoublePass := False;
DocMode := dmDesigning; // added line
end;
