Fast-Reports Designer won't work along with Snagit 2018.2.3 64 bits

Environment:
Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 OS build 17134.523
Snagit 2018.2.3 64 bits Build 2636 11/30/2018
Applications with Fast-Reports 5.6.18 compiled with Delphi Enterprise 10.2
When Snagit is active the application won't open a Fast-Reports designer. The application just freezes...
I have several applications compiled with Embarcadero's Delphi Enterprise version 10.2 that run flawlessly before upgrading Sangit,installed.
If I stop Snagit, the designer works fine and in other PCs without Snagit I have no problem and also in other PCs without Snagit .
I already reported this problem to TechSmith-Snagit and downgraded to the previous version of Snagit which worked fine.
Any ideas about how his can be fixed?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
