INI file fomat

I want to use an ini file to set my options and point the IniFile property to it.
How should the file look like?
Is there a sample INI file?

Thanks gpi, I'm afraid I wasn't clear enough.
The link you supplied explains what is an INI file in general and how to read it with Delphi.
I'm asking what is the specific format of a Fast Report INI file, what are the sections and their respective keys, are there any mandatory keys, etc.
