Picture in FR not full loaded

HI
I have a DB with one JPG Picture.
I tried

1) load the JPG als BLOB
2) load the JPG as FILE by Filename from the DB

In both cases the pic is not full loaded See and My definition are as follows: both are atteched

What can I do?
