FastReport.Net Email Settings Configuration File Save problem

I have a problem about email account settings save configuration. "Fast-Report.Net for C#"
User manuel said that: FastReport will save the parameters in the configuration file. But it isn't save configuration parameters. All email account configurations is reset after restart program. How can check this configuration file? and where is the configuration file? What is the configuration file name?
"If you use the SMTP mode, you need to set up an account. It is necessary to do only once. Once you have done it, FastReport will save the parameters in the configuration file. The parameters can be found on the "Account" tab. All obligatory fields are marked by red asterisk:"
