Cross tab w. Auto size but even column width

Hi.

I'm building a report, where the columns width need to be variable. But I'd like the columns width be the same for the entire cross tab.
The reason being. Some times the columnheader desc. is 10 char but only a few columns. And other times the desc. is 2 char but with 15-20 columns
I'v attached the report and a PFD. Ind this example I'd like all the columns to the same width as the "XXL" column.

Is it possible?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
