    Hello,

Since we cant rotate the shape objects i can't exactly draw what you want but there are 2 close result in the picture that you may want to use.

If anyone of them is ok for you i can tell you how you can draw it.

I have had fairly good results drawing things like that in LibreOffice Draw, selecting them, exporting the selection as an EMF (Enhanced Windows metafile) and then loading that into a TfrxPictureView.
They seem to scale well; I think they retain the vector information rather than just a bitmap.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
