new software release with minor number

I found that there is a new release of fastreport V6 wich seems older than the previous one

The new release of 7 march 2018 is fr6_0_0_all_std.exe

but the previous one was fr6_0_12_all_std.exe

What is the correct version I should download and install?

Is it what Microsoft and others call a "release candidate" or is it the final, official release?

Just wondering, because there has been no launch on your main site, and the telegraphed compatible version of FastCube is not yet available.
