FastReport band events

I am developing in FastReports for the first time using the bundles version in Seattle 10. I am adding a report to an Intraweb Interface. I have designed my report and added my datasets.
How can I add events to my bands. Nothing comes up when I click the events tab in the object inspector. Demos illustrate there are events developer can add to each band.

Is the events tab only available for the frxReport component and not the report itself in the bundled version?

Seattle 10
Intraweb 14.2.5
FastReport 5.1.5

    Sorry, but free FR Embarcadero edition doesn't have script support

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
